The Council president greeting all the members and guests and handed a copy of the proposed Gymnasium Student Council Agenda for 2006/07 academic year to each Member. The proposed Agenda was unanimously adopted with amendments about the GSC's role in organization of the school trips. The GSC leadership pledged its strong commitment to realizing all the activities included in the Agenda in timely manner, but it has been said that some of the activities are flexible in sense that some of the activities may be realized earlier than planned, like the activity of acquiring PCs for Gymnasium which was planned for November, but started in September.

GSC Members were informed about all details about this year's Gymnasium's performance on the Banja Luka Book Fair and a list of Members willing to spend a day at the Fair.

The activity of acquiring PCs for Gymnasium has already started and a few organizations have already contacted us regarding this action. It is utterly necessary to renew the computers if we want to have an appropriate Computers Education. Members have also been informed about the idea of creation of electronic reading room and have accepted it unanimously.

We were unable to organize a presentation of the Yearbook due to the obligations the Senior Year Members had after the meeting. The presentation is going to take place next week.

A short seminar on the drug addiction is going to take place in Gymnasium on September 21, 2006. Experts from the Interior Ministry are going to lead it.

At the end of the meeting a list of GSC Members who will take place in the making of the new School Behavior Rules was made. A special Freshman Year Meeting was set for next week and the next General Council Meeting was set for September 29, 2006.
